Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring
  • Red candy hearts (for decoration)
  • Optional: Crushed peppermint candies for garnish

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint extract.
  • Add green food coloring a drop at a time, mixing until you achieve your desired shade of Grinch green.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Press red candy hearts gently onto the surface of the fudge to resemble the Grinch’s small heart.
  • Optionally, sprinkle crushed peppermint candies over the top.
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until fully set.
  • Once firm, remove the fudge from the dish and cut into squares. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • For an extra burst of mint, add ½ teaspoon of peppermint extract more.
  • Adjust the color for a brighter or darker green by varying the food coloring.
