Description
As a busy mom, I know how precious time can be, especially when it comes to dinner. That’s why I absolutely adore this Sheet Pan Sausage and Sweet Potatoes with Honey Garlic Sauce. It’s a delightful one-pan meal that not only saves time but also brings a burst of flavor to the table.
Ingredients
Scale
- 14 oz chicken or turkey sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 cups broccoli, cut into 1/2-inch florets
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 4 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the sausage slices, sweet potatoes, and broccoli on a sheet pan.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
- Add honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to the saucepan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the sausage, sweet potatoes, and broccoli. Toss everything to coat evenly.

- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
