  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust
    • Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until evenly moistened.
    • Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

  • Assemble the Pie
    • Pour the butterscotch filling into the chilled crust. Smooth the surface with a spatula.
    • Cover with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface to prevent a skin from forming. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
