Description

Why choose between pizza and tacos when you can have both? These Meat Lovers Pizza Tacos bring the best of both worlds together—crispy tortillas loaded with savory ground beef, pepperoni, bacon, and sausage, topped with gooey mozzarella, pizza sauce, and fresh veggies. They’re easy to make, packed with flavor, and perfect for game nights, parties, or a fun family dinner!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Meat Lovers Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup pepperoni, diced
  • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ½ cup sliced sausage
  • ¼ cup bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For Assembling the Tacos:

  • 8 small tortillas (flour or corn)
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup black olives, sliced

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Meat

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the pepperoni, bacon, sausage, bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.

Step 2: Warm the Tortillas

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the tortillas on a baking sheet and warm them in the oven for 2-3 minutes until soft.

Step 3: Assemble the Tacos

  1. Remove the tortillas from the oven and spread a layer of pizza sauce on each one.
  2. Evenly distribute the meat mixture onto each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and black olives.

Step 4: Bake & Serve

  1. Return the tacos to the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Let them rest for 1 minute before serving.

Notes

  • For a crispier taco, lightly toast the tortillas in a dry skillet before assembling.
  • Want extra spice? Add crushed red pepper flakes or drizzle with hot sauce.
  • Use fresh pizza dough instead of tortillas for a more pizza-like experience!
