Description

Honey Sriracha Brussel Sprouts are a deliciously sweet and spicy side dish that combines the earthiness of Brussels sprouts with a flavorful glaze.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 to pounds Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2½ tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder, or 1 minced garlic clove

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half. Transfer them to a sheet pan and toss them with olive oil.
  3. Spread them out in a single layer and roast for 15 to 35 minutes or until tender and slightly charred. The time will vary depending on the size of your Brussels sprouts.
  4. While the Brussels are roasting, stir the honey, soy sauce, lime juice, sriracha, and garlic in a small dish and set aside.
  5. After the Brussel sprouts roast for 10 to 30 minutes (and are fork tender), remove them from the oven and toss them with the honey sriracha sauce. Return the pan to the oven and roast for the last 5 minutes.

Notes

  • Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the Brussels sprouts.
  • Adjust the level of sriracha based on your spice preference.
