A refreshing summer treat combining cherry soda and cola with creamy vanilla ice cream.

- 1 cup cherry soda
- 1 cup cola
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup fresh or frozen cherries
- Popsicle molds
Instructions
- Prepare the popsicle molds by rinsing them if using silicone.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cherry soda and cola; stir gently to maintain fizz.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon of vanilla ice cream into each mold, pressing down lightly.
- Pour the cherry cola mixture into each mold until nearly full, leaving space at the top.
- Add one or two cherries on top of each mold for extra flavor.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours or until solid.
Notes
- For a stronger cherry flavor, use more fresh or frozen cherries.
- Adjust the amount of ice cream based on desired creaminess.
- Can substitute soda pop with other flavors as desired.
