Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Drizzle them lightly with olive oil and sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top.
- Toast in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
- In a medium bowl, combine ricotta, honey, lemon juice, thyme leaves, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix gently until well blended and creamy.
- Spread a generous tablespoon of the ricotta mixture onto each toasted baguette slice.
- Top each crostini with a few pieces of quartered figs.
- Drizzle with extra honey and add any optional toppings if desired.
