  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Meat

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground meat and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
  3. Stir in the onions, garlic, and ginger, cooking until fragrant (about 2 minutes).

Step 2: Add the Veggies & Sauce

  1. Toss in the coleslaw mix (or shredded cabbage & carrots) and stir well.
  2. Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha (if using). Stir everything together.

Step 3: Cook & Serve

 

  1. Let everything cook for 3-5 minutes until the cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.
  2. Remove from heat and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
