Instructions

  • Prep the Chicken: Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker. You can leave them whole or cut them in half for quicker cooking.
  • Make the Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, softened cream cheese, Italian dressing mix, chicken broth, and white wine (if using). Whisk until smooth.
  • Add Sauce to the Crockpot: Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken breasts, making sure each piece is covered.
  • Cook Low and Slow: Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
