Ingredients
- 12 jumbo pasta shells
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 8 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
 - 8 ounces scallops, chopped
 - 1 cup ricotta cheese
 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 2 cups marinara sauce
 
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the seafood mixture with ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
 - Take each cooked pasta shell and carefully stuff it with the creamy seafood filling. Place the stuffed shells in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
 - Pour the marinara sauce evenly over the top of the stuffed shells.
 - Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
 - Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
 
Notes
- For easier filling, use a piping bag.
 - Feel free to add other seafood like crab or lobster for extra flavor.
 - Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving.
