Description

These Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries are a sweet twist on the classic appetizer! Juicy strawberries are halved and filled with a rich, creamy cheesecake filling that’s light, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweet. Perfect for parties, holidays, or anytime you want an easy, no-bake treat that looks as impressive as it tastes.


Ingredients

  • 1824 large fresh strawberries

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ⅓ cup sour cream

  • ⅔ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  • Wash and dry the strawberries. Slice off the stems and cut each strawberry in half lengthwise. Use a small spoon or melon baller to gently scoop out a bit of the center of each half to create a space for filling.

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until light and fluffy.

  • Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.

  • Spoon or pipe the filling into the hollowed-out strawberries.

 

  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Optional: garnish with crushed graham crackers or a drizzle of melted chocolate for extra flair!

Notes

For extra flavor, mix a little lemon zest into the filling. You can also use a piping bag with a star tip for a fancier presentation. These are best enjoyed the same day they’re made!
