Description
These Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries are a sweet twist on the classic appetizer! Juicy strawberries are halved and filled with a rich, creamy cheesecake filling that’s light, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweet. Perfect for parties, holidays, or anytime you want an easy, no-bake treat that looks as impressive as it tastes.
Ingredients
-
18–24 large fresh strawberries
-
1 cup heavy whipping cream
-
8 oz cream cheese, softened
-
⅓ cup sour cream
-
⅔ cup granulated sugar
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
-
Wash and dry the strawberries. Slice off the stems and cut each strawberry in half lengthwise. Use a small spoon or melon baller to gently scoop out a bit of the center of each half to create a space for filling.
-
In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
-
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until light and fluffy.
-
Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
-
Spoon or pipe the filling into the hollowed-out strawberries.
-
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Optional: garnish with crushed graham crackers or a drizzle of melted chocolate for extra flair!
Notes
For extra flavor, mix a little lemon zest into the filling. You can also use a piping bag with a star tip for a fancier presentation. These are best enjoyed the same day they’re made!
