Instructions

  1. Prepare Bacon and Eggs:
    • Cook bacon slices in a skillet until crispy. Set aside on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
    • In the same skillet, cook eggs to your preference (fried, scrambled, or sunny-side-up). Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Assemble Sandwiches:
    • Lay out 4 slices of bread. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each slice.
    • Top each cheese slice with a cooked egg, a slice of bacon, and any optional ingredients like avocado, tomato, or spinach.
    • Place another slice of bread on top to form sandwiches.
