- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the salmon by rinsing, drying, and seasoning with salt and pepper. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes.
- Make the lemon basil filling by mixing cream cheese and lemon juice, then folding in chopped basil, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the rolls by spreading the filling on a tortilla, placing the cooked salmon on top, and rolling tightly.
- Chill the rolls for a few minutes, then drizzle with olive oil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing into pinwheels or serving whole.
