Description

A refreshing and colorful watermelon pizza topped with Greek yogurt and a variety of fruits, perfect for a healthy dessert or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large round seedless watermelon (about 2.5 kg)
  • 1 cup (240 g) Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ cup (75 g) strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup (75 g) blueberries
  • ½ cup (75 g) kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • ¼ cup (30 g) raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the watermelon crosswise into a 1-inch-thick round slab. Pat dry with paper towels for best yogurt adhesion.
  2. Place the watermelon round on a large cutting board or platter.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup, if using.
  4. Evenly spread the yogurt over the top of the watermelon, leaving a small border around the edge.
  5. Arrange the sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and raspberries over the yogurt, distributing them attractively.
  6. Sprinkle with shredded coconut and fresh mint, if desired.
  7. Using a large knife, cut the topped watermelon round into 8 wedges, like pizza slices.
  8. Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.

Notes

  • For a vegan version, substitute Greek yogurt with a plant-based yogurt.
  • Feel free to customize the fruit toppings based on your preference or seasonal availability.
