Description

A refreshing and vibrant salad made with watermelon, pineapple, mint, and lime, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups watermelon cubes
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: Feta crumbles
  • Optional: Honey drizzle

Instructions

  1. Chop the watermelon and pineapple into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Gently tear the mint leaves with your hands.
  3. Add the cubed fruit and mint leaves to a large mixing bowl.
  4. Squeeze lime juice over the fruit and sprinkle with salt.
  5. Gently toss everything together.
  6. Chill in the fridge for 15-30 minutes.
  7. Before serving, add crumbled feta or a drizzle of honey.
