- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- Juice of 1 lime

Instructions
- Chop the watermelon and pineapple into 1-inch cubes.
- Gently tear the mint leaves with your hands.
- Add the cubed fruit and mint leaves to a large mixing bowl.
- Squeeze lime juice over the fruit and sprinkle with salt.
- Gently toss everything together.
- Chill in the fridge for 15-30 minutes.
- Before serving, add crumbled feta or a drizzle of honey.
