Ingredients

  • Mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Thread a piece of watermelon onto a skewer, followed by a mint leaf, a cube of feta, another mint leaf, and another piece of watermelon.
  2. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 hour, if desired.
  4. Just before serving, drizzle each skewer with aged balsamic vinegar and serve.
