Description
A delightful and flavorful Warm Pear Prosciutto Feta Salad topped with toasted nuts and a sweet dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 firm pears, cored and sliced
- 4 slices of prosciutto
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 2 oz crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 cup toasted pecans or walnuts
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced pears and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until slightly softened and caramelized. Remove from the skillet.
- Add the prosciutto to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until crispy.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey to create the dressing.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, warm pears, crumbled feta, and toasted nuts. Crumble the crispy prosciutto over the top.
- Drizzle with the dressing and serve immediately.
Notes
- For added crunch, use toasted pecans or walnuts.
