- 1 bottle (8 oz) ranch dressing
- 5 packages (15 count each) frozen phyllo cup shells
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning mix and diced tomatoes with chiles, then simmer for about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix cheddar cheese and ranch dressing together. Stir in seasoned taco meat until combined.
- Place a generous dollop of the taco ranch mixture into each frozen phyllo cup shell.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes if using thawed shells, or 10-13 minutes for frozen shells until filling is hot and shells are golden.
- Let cool for a minute or two before serving warm.
