Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, cottage cheese, oats, cinnamon, vanilla extract, walnuts, maple syrup (if using), and salt until well mixed.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the top is set and lightly golden.
