Description

As a passionate home cook, I find joy in creating dishes that not only taste amazing but also bring a smile to the faces of my loved ones. One of my all-time favorites is the Sweet Potato Bliss Bites. These little gems are not just a treat for the taste buds; they are a celebration of comfort and nourishment. Sweet potatoes have always held a special place in my heart. Their vibrant orange hue and natural sweetness remind me of cozy family dinners and the warmth of home.

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • Greek yogurt (optional)
  • Crumbled feta (optional)
  • Chopped chives (optional)
  • Nut butter (optional)

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Poke holes in the sweet potatoes with a fork and rub with olive oil.
  3. Bake sweet potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  4. Let cool, then scoop out the insides into a mixing bowl.
  5. Mash the sweet potatoes until smooth and creamy.
  6. Mix in olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  7. Form the mixture into small balls or patties.
