Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch until well combined.
- Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss them gently to coat every piece evenly.

- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the sliced bell pepper and broccoli florets. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until they’re tender but still vibrant.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables.
- Pour any remaining marinade over the chicken and veggies.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.
