			- 1 pound sausage, ground
 - 1 loaf of Italian bread, 16 ounces
 - 1 pound ground beef
 - 7 ounces of dry spaghetti
 - 1 medium onion, chopped
 - 6 ounces of tomato paste
 - 16 ounces of tomato sauce
 - ⅔ cup of shredded Mozzarella (divided)
 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (split)
 - ½ teaspoon minced garlic
 - ½ teaspoon black pepper, ground
 - 1 teaspoon salt, divided
 - Garlic powder for sprinkling
 - Butter for brushing
 - 1 tablespoon of Italian herbs seasoning
 
Instructions
- Set the oven to 375°F to warm up.
 - Cook the spaghetti in boiling water until it’s firm to the bite. Drain well, then leave aside.
 - Brown the sausage and beef with the diced onion in a skillet. Drain the grease, return to heat, and add tomato paste, tomato sauce, minced garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 5-8 minutes.
 - Combine the cooked pasta with the meat sauce, then turn off the heat.
 - Cut the bread loaf in half and scoop out the middle. Brush the inside with butter, sprinkle with garlic powder, and toast lightly in the oven.
 - Stuff the hollowed bread with the meat and pasta mix. Sprinkle with part of the Parmesan and Mozzarella.
 - Pop the bread in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese bubbles and is golden.

- Feel free to customize the fillings with your favorite ingredients.
 - For a spicier version, add crushed red pepper flakes.
