Description

These Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls are a delicious and easy snack option, packed with protein and perfect for a quick energy boost.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tbsp milk (any kind, as needed for consistency)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine oats, almond flour, protein powder, crushed strawberries, and cream cheese.
  2. Stir in honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract.
  3. Add milk 1 tbsp at a time until the mixture holds together and is easy to roll.
  4. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a lined tray.
  5. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to firm up. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
