Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet with olive oil until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in the skillet for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add beef broth and diced tomatoes, bring to a simmer, then add uncooked pasta. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, simmer for another 2-3 minutes until creamy.
- Adjust seasoning, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
