Ingredients
- 2 lb raw jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 9 cloves garlic, minced or finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons chili flakes or to taste

- ¼ cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
Instructions
- Wash shrimp under cold water, then dry with a paper towel and place in a large bowl.
