Description
Welcome to my kitchen, where I love to whip up delightful dishes that bring joy to my family and friends! Today, I’m excited to share my Spicy Chili Garlic Deviled Eggs. These little bites of heaven are not just a quick solution for a busy day; they’re also a fantastic way to impress your loved ones at gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 12 large eggs
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tbsp chili garlic sauce (adjust based on spice preference)
- Smoked paprika (for garnish)
- Crispy fried onions (for a crunchy topping)
Instructions
- Boil the Eggs: Place the eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer eggs to an ice bath for easy peeling.
- Prep the Yolks: Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Make the Filling: Mash the yolks with mayonnaise and chili garlic sauce until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the spice level by adding more chili garlic sauce if desired.
- Fill the Eggs: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. For a fancy touch, use a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle smoked paprika over the eggs and top with crispy fried onions. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of chili garlic sauce based on your spice preference.
- These deviled eggs can be made a few hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
