- 6 Granny Smith apples, divided (reserve 1 for garnish)
- 6 Snickers bars, full size (reserve 1 for garnish)
- ¼ cup caramel sauce (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding and milk until smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped topping (Cool Whip) or whipped cream.
- Core and chop all but one of the apples. Toss with lemon juice or 7-Up if making this salad in advance. Pat dry.
- Chop all but one Snickers bar into bite-sized pieces.
- Fold in the chopped apples and Snickers. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, top with the remaining apple and Snickers and drizzle with caramel sauce if desired. Enjoy!
Notes
- Can use any variety of apples, but Granny Smith adds a nice tartness.
- For a lighter version, use low-fat whipped topping.
- Can prepare ingredients in advance but combine just before serving for best texture.
