Description
Delicious and easy-to-make Snickers Rice Crispy Treats that combine the classic flavors of caramel, chocolate, and peanuts with crispy rice cereal.

- 1/4 cup butter
- 5 cups mini marshmallows
- 5 1/2 cups Rice Krispie cereal
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts
- 16 oz (1 1/2 11oz bags) caramels, unwrapped
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 pan and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat.
- Stir in marshmallows until they are completely melted.
- Pour in the cereal and stir together until completely coated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and pat down so it’s in an even layer.
- Sprinkle peanuts evenly over the top.
- In a medium-sized saucepan, combine caramels and heavy cream over medium heat and stir until smooth. Pour caramel over the peanut layer in an even coat.
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between. When melted, pour over the caramel layer and spread evenly.
- Once the chocolate is dry, slice ‘em up and enjoy!
Notes
- For an extra crunch, you can add more peanuts or chopped Snickers bars on top.
- Make sure to fully coat the cereal with marshmallow mixture for the best texture.
- This recipe can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
