A delightful no-bake recipe for S’mores Rice Krispie Treats that combines the flavors of marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers in a fun, chewy dessert.

- 5 cups Golden Grahams cereal
- 4 cups crispy rice cereal
- 457 grams mini marshmallows, divided
- 85 grams salted butter, melted
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 45 grams semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
- 56–90 grams fun-size milk chocolate bars, broken into pieces
- 0.5 cup Golden Grahams cereal (for topping)
Instructions
- Line a 23 x 33 cm baking dish with parchment paper and lightly coat with non-stick spray; set aside.
- In a large saucepan over low to medium heat, melt the butter. Add vanilla extract and all but 1.5 cups of the mini marshmallows. Stir until completely smooth and melted.
- Add crispy rice cereal, 5 cups of Golden Grahams cereal, and 1 cup of reserved mini marshmallows to the melted mixture. Mix gently until cereals and marshmallows are evenly coated.
- Fold in 0.25 cup of mini chocolate chips, mixing just until distributed.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Top with reserved 0.5 cup Golden Grahams cereal, remaining mini marshmallows, and press broken pieces of chocolate bars on top.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for 15–20 minutes. Slice into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, consider using flavored chocolate bars for topping.
- Store leftovers in a sealed container to keep them fresh.
