- 2 bell peppers, sliced

Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the Italian sausage over medium heat.
- Transfer the sausage to the slow cooker.
- Add sliced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic to the slow cooker.
- Pour in the diced tomatoes and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
