Description
A delicious salad featuring finely shredded Brussels sprouts, tossed in a zesty dressing and topped with a crunchy hazelnut mix.

- 450 grams Brussels sprouts, finely shredded
- 15 millilitres fresh lemon juice
- 60 millilitres extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup Hazelnut Crunch
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, toss shredded Brussels sprouts with fresh lemon juice and extra-virgin olive oil until evenly coated.
- Fold in 180 millilitres (3/4 cup) Hazelnut Crunch to the salad mixture and gently toss to combine.
- Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving platter and finish with the remaining 60 millilitres (1/4 cup) Hazelnut Crunch sprinkled on top.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider toasting the hazelnuts before adding them to the salad.
