- 1 cup cold milk

Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the peanut butter, corn syrup, and sugar over low heat. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Mix in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into a 9×13-inch pan lined with parchment paper.
- Make the Cheesecake Layer:
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until fluffy.
- Add the butterscotch pudding mix and cold milk. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the crust.
- Add the Chocolate Topping:
- Melt the semisweet chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the cheesecake layer.
- Optional: Sprinkle chopped nuts on top for extra crunch.
- Chill and Serve:
- Refrigerate the bars for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled.
