Description

A quick and indulgent treat, these Salted Caramel Truffles are a perfect blend of sweet and salty flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup dark or milk chocolate for coating

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, salted caramel sauce, and white chocolate chips.
  2. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Stir in sea salt, then pour the mixture into a lined baking dish. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours until firm.
  4. Scoop chilled mixture into small balls and roll into smooth shapes.
  5. Melt dark or milk chocolate until smooth for coating.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage; place back on parchment paper to set.
  7. Allow to cool at room temperature or in the fridge for quicker results.
