- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 strips bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a large baking sheet, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the chopped bacon over the top of the sprouts.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the sprouts are tender and the bacon is crispy.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and maple syrup.
- Drizzle the glaze over the roasted sprouts and bacon. Toss to combine and serve immediately.
