Description

Decadent brownies infused with fresh raspberries and a swirl of raspberry jam for an indulgent treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box Brownie Mix + Ingredients on the Box
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Raspberry Jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to temperature required for 8 x 8 pan. Spray pan with non-stick and set aside.
  2. Prepare boxed brownie mix according to directions on the back of the box.
  3. Stir raspberries into the brownie batter.
  4. Drop raspberry jam in small dollops in the top of the batter. Swirl in with the end of a knife.
  5. Press additional raspberries into the top of the brownie batter.
  6. Bake according to the directions on the box.

Notes

  • For an extra indulgent treat, serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
  • Make sure to use fresh raspberries for the best flavor.
