- 3 chicken breasts, no skin or bones
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 9 bacon strips
- 2 tbsp ranch-flavored seasoning mix
- 2 tsp powdered onion
- 2 tsp powdered garlic
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- A pinch of salt, as preferred
- Ground black pepper for taste
Instructions
- Cut each chicken breast into 3 even pieces. Pour olive oil on them and rub it in. Sprinkle both sides with the ranch mix, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Take a slice of bacon and wrap it around each chicken piece. Put them into a lightly greased 9×13 dish.
- Bake the dish at 375°F (190°C) for about 30-35 minutes. To crisp up the bacon, turn on the broiler for a minute or two at the end.
