Deliciously chewy Pumpkin S’mores Cookies combining the flavors of pumpkin, chocolate, and marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cream butter and sugars, then mix in pumpkin, egg, and vanilla.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Fold in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham crackers.
- Drop spoonfuls on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes.
