Description

Deliciously chewy Pumpkin S’mores Cookies combining the flavors of pumpkin, chocolate, and marshmallows.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cream butter and sugars, then mix in pumpkin, egg, and vanilla.
  3. Stir in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham crackers.
  5. Drop spoonfuls on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes.
