Instructions
- Spread a thin layer of peanut butter across each tortilla and evenly spoon cottage cheese over the peanut butter.
- Arrange apple slices in a single layer, sprinkle with granola, and add a touch of cinnamon.
- Roll the tortillas tightly into logs and slice each into 5–6 pinwheels for snackable portions.
- Arrange pinwheels on a platter and optionally drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
