Description
A delicious and cheesy monkey bread recipe that combines the flavors of pizza with the fun of pull-apart bread, featuring pepperoni and mozzarella.

			- 2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
 - 1 cup pepperoni slices
 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (whole milk recommended)
 - 2 tsp garlic powder
 - 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
 - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
 - Cut each biscuit into quarters and toss them in a large bowl with garlic powder and Italian seasoning until well-coated.
 - Fold in pepperoni and half of the mozzarella cheese.
 - Layer half of the mixture into the bundt pan, sprinkle with remaining cheese, then add the rest of the dough mixture.
 - Drizzle olive oil over the top and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
 - Allow to cool slightly before flipping onto a serving plate.
 
Notes
- For best results, use whole milk mozzarella for a creamier texture.
 - Feel free to add other toppings like bell peppers or olives to customize your monkey bread.
