Description

A delicious and cheesy monkey bread recipe that combines the flavors of pizza with the fun of pull-apart bread, featuring pepperoni and mozzarella.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (whole milk recommended)
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters and toss them in a large bowl with garlic powder and Italian seasoning until well-coated.
  3. Fold in pepperoni and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Layer half of the mixture into the bundt pan, sprinkle with remaining cheese, then add the rest of the dough mixture.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the top and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before flipping onto a serving plate.

Notes

  • For best results, use whole milk mozzarella for a creamier texture.
  • Feel free to add other toppings like bell peppers or olives to customize your monkey bread.
  • Serve warm for the best cheesy pull-apart experience.
