Description

A unique and flavorful salad combining pasta, pickles, and bacon for an exciting twist.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • ½ cup bacon bits
  • 1 cup pickle brine
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 2 cups chopped pickles
  • 1 cup mayo

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta based on the directions on the box. Once done, drain it and cool it under cold water before moving it to a big bowl.
  2. Grab a smaller bowl and whisk mayo, sour cream, pickle liquid, and ranch mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. In the bowl with the pasta, stir in the chopped pickles, cheese cubes, bacon bits, and the dressing you made. Add dill and mix everything well.
  4. Pop it in the fridge for 4-6 hours before eating.

Notes

  • For a lighter option, consider reducing the amount of mayo.
  • Feel free to add extra ingredients like onions or bell peppers for added crunch.
  • This salad is best served chilled.
