  • 150 grams unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs, beaten

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C and generously grease mini or regular muffin cups.
  2. In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix together the brown sugar, flour, and chopped pecans.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter with the eggs until well blended.
  4. Gently incorporate the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
