Description

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Balls are a quick and easy snack packed with protein and delicious flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, chocolate chips, protein powder, and flaxseed (if using).
  2. Add the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to the bowl.
  3. Mix thoroughly using a sturdy spoon or your hands until the mixture is combined and sticky.
  4. If the mixture is too dry, add water one teaspoon at a time until it holds together.
  5. Scoop heaping tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls using your hands.
  6. Place the protein balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • Can substitute honey with pure maple syrup for a vegan option.
  • Feel free to add additional mix-ins like nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
  • Make sure to refrigerate to ensure they hold their shape.
