Description

There’s something magical about desserts that combine two beloved treats into one fabulous creation. That’s where this Peanut Butter Brownie Pizza shines! As a devoted home cook, I’m always looking for fun and indulgent ways to satisfy my family’s sweet cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream (or milk)
  • ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Crushed peanuts (optional)
  • Chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pizza pan, spreading it evenly to the edges.
  7. Bake the brownie base for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean. Allow the brownie to cool completely in the pan.
  8. In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until smooth and creamy.
  9. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave until melted and smooth.
  10. Once the brownie has cooled, spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the top of the brownie base.
  11. Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the peanut butter layer.
  12. Optionally, sprinkle crushed peanuts and additional chocolate chips over the top.
  13. Slice into wedges and serve!

Notes

  • Make sure to let the brownie base cool completely before adding the peanut butter topping.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of heavy cream in the peanut butter topping to achieve your desired consistency.
  • This dessert can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days.
