- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 8 ounces whipped topping (thawed)
- 3 ounces peach-flavored gelatin
- 30.5 ounces canned sliced peaches (drained and diced / or 5–6 fresh peeled, pitted and diced)
- 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- ½ cup pecans (finely chopped)
Instructions
- Using a medium-sized mixing bowl and a handheld mixer on medium-high speed, beat together 8 ounces cream cheese and 1 ¼ cups powdered sugar for 1½ to 2 minutes, until smooth.
- Whisk in 8 ounces whipped topping and 3 ounces peach-flavored gelatin.
- Fold in 30.5 ounces canned sliced peaches and 2 ½ cups mini marshmallows. Tightly cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Just before serving, fold in ½ cup pecans. Serve chilled.
Notes
- This dessert is best served chilled.
- You can substitute fresh peaches for canned if preferred.
- For a lighter version, consider using low-fat cream cheese.
