- 4 whole-grain tortillas or spinach/tomato tortillas
- 4 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 2 bananas, peeled and halved lengthwise
- ½ cup berry protein granola or regular granola with dried berries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds or hemp seeds (optional)
- Handful of fresh blueberries or raspberries
- Drizzle of honey or agave (optional)
- Sprinkle of cacao nibs or crushed nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Lay each tortilla flat and spread 1 tbsp of peanut butter across the surface.
- Place half a banana lengthwise in the center. Sprinkle with granola, fresh berries, and chia or hemp seeds if using.
- Tightly roll each tortilla around the filling. Slice into 3–4 bite-size pieces or leave whole for a grab-and-go wrap.
- Arrange on a snack board. Drizzle with honey and top with cacao nibs or crushed nuts if desired.
