Description

A quick, delicious, and nutritious snack option featuring whole-grain tortillas filled with peanut butter, bananas, and berries for a healthy boost.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 whole-grain tortillas or spinach/tomato tortillas
  • 4 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 bananas, peeled and halved lengthwise
  • ½ cup berry protein granola or regular granola with dried berries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or hemp seeds (optional)
  • Handful of fresh blueberries or raspberries
  • Drizzle of honey or agave (optional)
  • Sprinkle of cacao nibs or crushed nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lay each tortilla flat and spread 1 tbsp of peanut butter across the surface.
  2. Place half a banana lengthwise in the center. Sprinkle with granola, fresh berries, and chia or hemp seeds if using.
  3. Tightly roll each tortilla around the filling. Slice into 3–4 bite-size pieces or leave whole for a grab-and-go wrap.
  4. Arrange on a snack board. Drizzle with honey and top with cacao nibs or crushed nuts if desired.
