Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until aromatic. Drain any excess fat from the pan.
- Stir marinara sauce into the beef and garlic. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes to blend flavours.
- In a bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and crumbled bacon until the mixture is smooth and cohesive.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange a layer of cooked lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Evenly distribute a portion of the meat sauce on top of the noodles, followed by several spoonfuls of bacon ranch mixture.
- Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layering process, finishing with a layer of mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and continue baking for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
- Allow the lasagna to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add Italian herbs to the meat sauce.
- Let the lasagna sit for a bit longer if you prefer a firmer slice.
