Instructions
- Prep the cabbage: Remove outer leaves and trim the base, keeping the core intact. Slice into 1-inch thick rounds.
- Preheat oven: Set to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make garlic oil: Mix olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Season: Lay cabbage steaks on the sheet and brush both sides with garlic oil.
- Roast: Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Look for browned edges and tender centers.
