Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
Step 2: Prep the Asparagus and Tomatoes
- Trim the tough ends off the asparagus by snapping or cutting about 1–2 inches from the bottom.
- Place the asparagus and cherry tomato halves on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 3: Season and Roast
- Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables, then sprinkle with garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss everything gently to coat evenly.
- Spread the asparagus and tomatoes into a single layer, making sure they aren’t overcrowded.
