Description

A delicious recipe for oven-baked dumplings served with a creamy peanut sauce and topped with fresh garnishes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 24 tablespoons chili crisp (optional, for spice)
  • 2 cups broth or water
  • ⅔ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1420 frozen dumplings (depending on dish size)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, trimmed into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a medium casserole dish or oven-safe braiser.
  2. Pour the broth into the baking dish and add peanut butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Whisk until mostly smooth.
  3. Place the frozen dumplings flat-side down into the sauce and spoon some sauce over each dumpling to coat them.
  4. Arrange the broccoli florets around the dumplings, ensuring they are partially covered by the sauce.
  5. Cover the dish with a lid or foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove the cover and stir the sauce gently. Let sit uncovered for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
  7. Sprinkle with green onions, cilantro, sesame seeds, and chili crisp, if desired.
  8. Serve directly from the baking dish and enjoy.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of chili crisp based on your spice preference.
  • Ensure dumplings are frozen before placing them in the dish for even baking.
  • Feel free to substitute vegetables according to your preferences.
