Description
Delicious Oreo Cinnamon Rolls filled with crushed Oreos and topped with cream cheese frosting.

- For the Dough:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup whole milk (warmed)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 large eggs
- For the Filling:
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp milk (to adjust consistency)
Instructions
- Warm the milk, activate the yeast, and mix with dry ingredients.
- Knead until smooth, then let it rise until doubled in size.
- Mix crushed Oreos, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
- Roll into a rectangle and spread the filling evenly.
- Roll into a log and cut into 12 pieces.
- Let the rolls rise again for 15-20 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
- Beat together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk.
- Drizzle frosting over warm rolls and enjoy!
Notes
- Make sure the milk is warmed, not hot, to avoid killing the yeast.
- Adjust the frosting consistency with milk for desired texture.
- Store leftover rolls covered at room temperature for up to 3 days.
